About Me

I am a sassy retired nurse who loves all things babies and birth! I am married, and we have a beautiful daughter. I have two cats but don't hold that against me! I am a military wife and I have a drive to help people and educate them. In my spare time I like to geek-out and do artsy fartsy things.

I worked as a nurse in both in and out of the hospital with a focus on women and family health for several years before finding this new path. Being a Doula allows me the unique honor to be present at one of the most miraculous moments of life and beyond. It is my privilege to support women transition through one of the biggest milestones in their lives !

To me it's about what makes you (the client) happy and safe! If you want to labour upside down and deliver with a hat on your head have at'er! My job is to make sure you are aware of all the benefits and risks and help make your birth what you want. I am here to help support and advocate.
